July Employee of the Month

We are delighted to announce Cumberland Pointe’s Employee of the Month for July: Stacey Springhetti! Stacey, a dedicated and compassionate member of our team, hails from St. Clairsville, Ohio, and has been a valued employee of Foundations Health Solutions for eleven years.



Stacey was nominated by her co-worker, Tera, who said, “Stacey always helps the aides, passes meal trays, assists with transfers, and she truly listens to our concerns and addresses them.” Stacey's commitment to her role and her colleagues is evident in everything she does, making her a standout team player.

When asked about her favorite part of the job, Stacey shared, “I love walking into a room and seeing my residents happy to see me. I love helping others and seeing joy in their eyes; and I also have the best co-workers. It’s like a big extended family here.” Her words capture the heart of what makes Cumberland Pointe such a special place.

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending quality time with her children and six-year-old granddaughter. She’s a fan of reading, soaking up the sun by the pool with her sister, and listening to country music. A fun fact? Despite her love for many things, shopping isn’t one of them!
