Cumberland Pointe Care Center is a 75-bed facility located in St. Clairsville, OH. We offer skilled private suites to help make your post-acute care stay more comfortable. Special Certifications include: McKenzie therapy, Strength and Conditioning, and Vital Stem. Once you make the transition home your continuity of care can continue with enrollment in our outpatient therapy.

Our facility also has the privilege to be attached to a locally managed Dialysis center which allows easy access to and from our facility. Daily care is under the supervision of our onsite nurse practitioner. Our aggressive wound management is under the care of a certified wound nurse.

Joining your family in the care of your loved one is a privilege we welcome and value. From the inquiry process to the discharge process, our staff is here to answer any questions and to assist the resident and their families through the transition.

Our Rehabilitation Department assists our residents in achieving their maximum potential and prepares them for transition back to the community. Our approach to rehabilitation combines clinical expertise including multi-discipline therapy professionals teamed with our experienced skilled nursing staff. Each member of our interdisciplinary team contributes to the well-being and care of our residents.
