Employee Spotlight - Martha!

Here at Cumberland Pointe, we love to shine our spotlight on our incredible employees to let them know they are appreciated for their hard work and dedication. This month, we are shining the brightest light on one of our STNAS, Martha White!

Martha has been with Cumberland Pointe Care Center since August 1980. She started her career with us as an STNA, she has since moved her way up doing everything from Housekeeping to Laundry, and now keeps it all together in Medical Records and Central Supply.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Denny, hanging with her dogs, doing yard work and reading. She also loves listening to the Oldies, singing and eating ice cream.

Her core value is treating others how you wish to be treated and always strive to do your best. Martha shared, “I’ve always tried to be helpful and kind.” Martha says the most rewarding part of her job is, “getting a thank you from the residents and feeling appreciated.”

Martha, we thank you for all your hard work and loyalty to Cumberland Pointe. It is much appreciated and we are fortunate to have you a part of our team!
